- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been back and forth with this office the last three weeks trying to get answers in regards to my policy. I call the office and it goes to an automated message. I have called the 24 hour customer service and that is a waste because they do not have access to the information the agent has access too. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an insurance company ever in my entire life! I am so done with these people.
